and community development, Philadelphia, Pa., 1980; special assistant to
managing director of housing and community development, Philadelphia, Pa.,
1981; policy assistant, Greater Philadelphia Partnership; member of the
Pennsylvania state house of representatives, 1982-1988; member of the
