 A couple of weeks
ago we ask you to VOICE your opinion on Terrorist getting the privilege of the US
Constitution by receiving Civilian trials. Today it is being reported top advisers
to Obama will recommend prosecution by military tribunal. The AMERICAN VOICE was
heard loud and clear!
Now we must ask you again, let Congress hear the AMERICAN VOICE regarding OBAMACARE.
Yesterday, Obama ask for the help of more than a dozen Democrats to pass his Health
Care Bill. The vote is predicted to be close. The American public cannot afford
to let this Legislation pass. Let the members of Congress know your opinion. Let
them know you are watching their vote. With elections in November looming, they
cannot afford to vote the wrong way.

 Wikipedia says "Reconciliation"
is a legislative process of the United States Senate intended to allow consideration
of a contentious budget bill without the threat of filibuster, it limits debate
and amendment, and therefore favors the majority party. Reconciliation also exists
in the House of Representatives.
Why is Obama going to use Reconciliation? With the number of votes dwindling, the
only chance he has of passing ObamaCare is to use this tactic.
He must be stopped. If he does not have the necessary votes without resorting to
these tactics, surely he must realize the American public does not want this legislation.
Why shove it down our throats in this manner?

 As citizens of the
United States, we demand that you remove ALL names from any Anti-Gun List and vote
"NO" to the Lautenberg plan to introduce legislation that would give "extraordinary
powers" to limit gun sales to the Attorney General.
We do not need Lautenberg or the Senate using secret lists to dictate who is being
allowed to buy guns.
The Founding Fathers knew exactly what they were doing when they wrote the Second
Amendment -- they were giving the people the right to defend themselves against
all threats!
Congress has tried every trick up their sleeves to get your guns. They have tried
to serialize your ammunition, shut down gun shows, tax bullets, etc, we could go
on and on.
Yet, we the American people have prevailed. We have time and time again Voiced our
opinion and we have been heard.
We still have the Right to bear arms. However, we must remain vigilant, we must
continue to Voice our opinion to keep that right.

 Do you want to "share"
the US Constitution with Enemy combatants?
Do you want to pay over $200 million dollars to prosecute enemy combatants in New
York?
Our Constitution and laws exist to protect this nation. They do not grant rights
and privileges to enemies in wartime.
In dealing with terrorists, our tax dollars should pay for weapons to stop them,
not lawyers to defend them!
The decision to prosecute enemy combatants like Khalid Sheikh Mohammad who were
captured on foreign battlefields in civilian court is without precedent in our nation's
history. It must stop now!

What bill has both Republicans and Democrats behind it? What bill has 317 cosponsors

will introduce legislation that offers just that, called the Chaffetz Resolution!
We need to let all members of Congress know this is what we want and what American
really needs!
The Chaffetz Resolution includes the following:
- No Amnesty or conferring legal status upon illegal aliens in the US
- Installation of and Monitoring of a Border Security Infrastructure
- Trained, Responsible Manpower
- e-Verify Mandatory, worksite enforcement policies, both employers and employees
responsible for any and all violations of immigration law
This is non-partisan legislation. You MUST let everyone in Congress know you support
it and you support the non-partisanship.
